Derek Gelato - Coach/Owner

With nearly two decades of experience as a personal trainer, Derek is deeply committed to helping others build strength and function while always prioritizing safety. His dedication extends to his own training, as he continually works to enhance his physical capabilities, viewing this as a crucial element in refining his skills as a coach.

The only thing that rivals Derek’s passion for strength training is his family life. As the father of two incredible boys whom he adores, it’s likely that you’ll hear a story about them from time to time.  :-)

Jojo Bastow - Coach

Coach Jojo has been passionate for health and fitness for most of her life. For the last decade she has been dedicated to the industry as she finds it continuously rewarding and inspiring. The relationships mean the most to her. One of the things Coach Jojo finds most fulfilling is being a part of members and clients achieving the goals they set for themselves.

Outside of the gym, Coach Jojo has three young children. They enjoy hiking, camping, and pretty much anything that has to do with the outdoors. Coach Jojo also has a lot of fun crafting, as well as a huge passion for healthy cooking and baking.

Jordan Scrom - Coach

Did someone say hard work and dedication? Coach Jordan is not one to ever back down from a fight - no, literally, Coach Jordan is a Professional Mixed Martial Artist! As he strives to be the best he can be, he needs to understand the ins and outs of Strength Training, as well as the safest and most effective practices.

 

Coach Jordan is also extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, an invaluable resource when looking to develop better habits.

Anne Hobday - Coach

Passionate, kind, and full of inspiration, Coach Anne can’t help but create joy wherever she goes! Always challenging herself in new ways to grow and expand her knowledge base, one of the things she loves most is helping people see and experience what their potential is.

 

Whether it’s dancing, running around with the kids or your dog, or going for a spontaneous hike in the woods, Coach Anne believes that with the right Strength Training routine, the possibilities are endless. Outside the gym you can find her practicing yoga (did we mention she has multiple Yoga Teacher Certifications?!), Strength Training, hiking, running or even paddling on her paddle board!
